I've spent most of my life figuring out how to belong somewhere new. Communication is what makes that possible.
I've lived in three countries, studied in two languages, and grown up between cultures. Born in Busan, raised partly in Malaysia, educated in Korea, and now in Budapest.
Everywhere I went, it came down to more than language: the stories people tell, the images they share, the news they trust. I got interested in how media shapes what we believe, and started asking what happens when that breaks down.
So I built an app to filter misinformation. I taught photography to adults with disabilities. I hosted a rock festival. I made candles to raise money for people in need. These things aren't random. They're all about how we share meaning with each other.
Now a senior at the American International School of Budapest.
